Q: How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?

A: Once you ordered has been finalized, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your individual order confirmation number. Reference this number when contacting us about the status of your order.


Q: What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order?

A: We utilize superior data encryption to ensure that your personal information remains personal and never viewed by any unauthorized entities. We do not share your information with anyone.


Delivery & Shipping

Q: When can I expect delivery of my order?

A: Please allow 1-2 days for processing the order and another 2-3 business days for shipping. We will do our best to meet your requested delivery time. If we are unable to meet the service time, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.


Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: There is a flat rate charge of $10 on all orders below $75.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: All of our gifts are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, we provide you with the tracking number in an email.


Q: Do you deliver outside of the United States?

A: We can ship to all 50 states. However, we do not provide shipping outside of the United States at this time unfortunately.


Q: My order wasn’t delivered on time and I would like a refund? How should I proceed?

A: Please contact our customer service via email so that we may help resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that shipping delays may be a result of holidays or severe weather conditions. These situations are out of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. All payments must be in U.S. funds.



Q: Do you guarantee my order?

A: Yes. All gifts are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered gift, please contact our customer service. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.


Q: Will my gift look exactly as pictured?

A: Gift baskets will arrive with exact or similar contacts as you see in the product’s online description and photo. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, and we will make every effort to ensure that your basket retains its original theme and presentation.



Q: How can I customize a gift basket?

A: Although we have pre-made gift baskets we still encourage personalization in color and product. If there is a specific item in a basket that does not fit your needs, please let us know so that we can substitute the item with something of similar value.


Q: Can I add a personal note to a gift basket?

A: Absolutely! Before finalizing your order, please write in the note section what you would like the note to include. All of our notes are hand-written to add a more personalized touch.


Q: What I don’t a gift basket that I am looking for?

A: Don’t worry. We can make a gift basket for the specific occasion you need. Complete the form with the type of basket you are looking for, and we will get back to you in a few days with a basket put together.
